| Visitors from countries whose citizens require visas should apply to a Japanese consular office or diplomatic mission in their respective countries. Please note that an official letter of invitation is required when applying for visas. If you wish to ask us to prepare such a document, please download the Information Sheet for Visa, below, and send it back to us no later than September 30, 2005 with all the necessary information. If you have not submitted abstracts, please attach summary of your study so that President can judge if he will agree to prepare the visa application documents. |
